At Vasile Colesnic Massage Academy, we maintain a zero tolerance policy to ensure a safe, respectful and professional environment for both clients and therapists. 

Any inappropriate behaviour, language or request of sexual, threatening or disrespectful nature will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We value your time and ours.

To ensure fairness to all of our clients and students, we kindly ask you that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the charging fee.

- No-Shows (Failing to arrive without notice) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and offer available times to our clients. 

At Vasile Colesnic Massage Academy your comfort, safety, and privacy are our top priorities. We maintain professional standards at all times and follow strict draping procedures in accordance with industry ethics and state regulations.

Purpose of Draping

Draping is the practice of covering the client with a clean sheet or towel during a massage session. It ensures your comfort, warmth, and modesty while allowing the therapist to work only on the areas of the body being massaged.

Our Draping Standards

You will always be properly draped during your session.

Only the area being worked on will be undraped; the rest of your body remains covered.

At no time will genitals, breasts (for female clients), or any other private areas be undraped or massaged.

You may choose to remain fully clothed for your session if you prefer; your comfort level will always be respected.

If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please communicate this to your therapist immediately — the session can be adjusted or stopped.

Our therapists are licensed professionals who strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics and professional boundaries set forth by the massage therapy profession.

Client Consent Policy

Before your session begins, your therapist will discuss the treatment plan and ask for your consent regarding the areas to be worked on. You are encouraged to ask questions or voice any concerns at any time.

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.

Right to refuse service

As a male therapist I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
